Terms of Service

Services are provided by 65.000.292 NIKITA POPOV (MEI), CNPJ 65.000.292/0001-08, Florianópolis — SC, Brazil (the “provider”).

The provider works in marketing and digital communication: search engine promotion, social media management, content production (copy, photo, video), website and landing page development, workflow automation, training and consulting.

The exact scope of any given project is agreed separately, in a proposal or contract.

Figures on this site are starting points (“from”) and are not a binding offer. The final price depends on scope and deadlines and is agreed before work begins.

Payment terms, milestones and deadlines are agreed before the project starts. By default, work begins once terms are settled and an advance payment is made.

Exclusive rights to delivered materials pass to the client upon full payment, unless the contract says otherwise. The provider may reference the project in its portfolio unless the client objects in writing.

The provider does not guarantee specific search rankings or sales volumes — those depend on the market and on platform algorithms. The provider is responsible for the quality and timeliness of the agreed work.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Federative Republic of Brazil.
